These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lymphy mobile application. By downloading or using Lymphy, you agree to these terms.
Lymphy is a wellness app providing guided lymphatic drainage movement sessions. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You agree to use Lymphy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Lymphy is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new wellness routine, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have recently had surgery.
All content within Lymphy — including session content, copy, design, and the Lymphy brand — is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lymphy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
