Lymphy ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Lymphy app.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide and improve our service:

• Account information: Name and email address collected when you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Profile information: Gender, age range, activity level, stress level, and wellness goals that you provide during onboarding.
• Usage data: Sessions completed, session duration, and in-app interactions.
• Wellness data: How you feel before and after sessions (collected as anonymous 1–5 ratings).
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for technical support purposes.
• Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics collected via PostHog to understand how users interact with the app and improve the experience.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalise your Lymphy experience
• To send daily session reminders (only if you grant permission)
• To process subscription payments via RevenueCat and Apple
• To improve our sessions and features based on aggregated usage data
• To respond to your support requests

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple Sign In / Google Sign In: For authentication. Governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.
• RevenueCat: For subscription management. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• PostHog: For anonymous product analytics. See PostHog's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Wellness data collected through the app is used solely to improve your experience and is never shared with advertisers.

Health Data

Lymphy is a wellness app and is not a medical device. Wellness data you input (such as how you feel before and after sessions) is used only to personalise your experience. We do not integrate with Apple HealthKit or store medical records.

Push Notifications

We may send daily reminders to encourage consistent practice. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device Settings or within the Lymphy app.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing us at vjbusiness@gmail.com. Account deletion removes your personal data from our systems within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Lymphy is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
